Assisting Pre-Service Teachers: Mentoring

As teachers we are constantly trying new resources, technologies and reflecting upon those things and more importantly, the pedagogy that we used to implement the lessons in order to determine how successful they were. This is something that I think we notice more so when we are taking Pre-Service Teachers to assist them in their development as educators. I thought I would put that in there to remind us all how important it is to have Pre-Service Teachers under our mentorship for not only their development but also that of ourselves.
